IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION"

 

1. The interstate financial and industrial group IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" is created according to the interstate Agreement from November 25, 1998 signed by the chapters of governments six state-participants of Commonwealth of the Independent States (Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tadjikistan, Ukraine). Its structure included 14 enterprises and organizations of various patterns of ownership of Russian Federation, Republic Беларусь, Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine, and also Interstate bank.

IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" has passed state registration in the authorized bodies of Russian Federation and is brought in to the register of financial and industrial groups (Certificate № 102 from 15.05.2001).

2. The basic purpose of creation IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" is the association of financial resources, assistance to development of scientific and technical and industrial potentials of the participants of group, introduction of modern satellite technologies for development of a navigating infrastructure of CIS, including creation of onboard and ground systems and means of the state-participants of Commonwealth.

3. Participants IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" were united with the purposes of:

4. The activity IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" is guided first of all by realization of the Interstate radionavigating program of the state-participants of Commonwealth of the Independent States, and also national radionavigating programs of the states of CIS.

5. The basic kinds of activity IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" are:

Rendering of navigating services to the air, sea and ground consumers;

Development both manufacture of navigating systems and means, and also integrated equipment GLONASS/GPS ("Seagull" / "LORAS-C") for all groups of the consumers;

Development and manufacture of the equipment for a differential subsystem GLONASS/GPS (stations of monitoring контрольно-adjusting stations, каналообразующей of the equipment, and also systems both communication facility for finishing and exchange of the navigating information for all groups of the consumers);

Development and introduction of the automated radionavigating control systems and safe functioning of various types of transport;

Realization of scientific and marketing researches on kinds of activity IFIG, and also advertising activity;

Development both creation of complex systems and means of the control and management of movement of various types of transport and other mobile objects;

Creation of the certified centres both realization of certification of systems and means of navigation:

Realization of other commercial projects (organization of service of the navigating equipment, granting of various services etc.);

Realization of the foreign trade activities, solved by the legislation.

6. For a management of activity IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" its participants have created Advice(council) of the managers and have nominated in it the representatives.

7. According to the legislation of the country of a place of registration IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" (Russia) the participants of group have founded the Central company of financial and industrial group as a society with limited liability, have ratified the Charter of a Society, have signed the constituent contract of a Society and have selected Board of directors.

8. IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" is open for reception in its structure of the enterprises, organizations and other managing subjects of the states irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental accessory in the order and on conditions stipulated by its constituent documents.

9. The enterprises - participants IFIG "INTERNAVIGATION" develop a number of the projects and their introduction in practice of a safety of movement of various types of transport (air, sea, automobile, railway) is conducted.
